These liquids are burned in the side walls. The vertical gas velocity is 3.5 m/s in the afterburner chamber at a thermal load of 25 Gcal/h. The off-gas at a rate of 66,000 Nm3/h leaves the afterburner chamber at a temperature of 1000°C. Heat is recovered in a steam boiler. The gases leave the boiler at 270°C.Get Price
Industrial boilers. Industrial boilers are important sources of emissions in China for NO x, SO 2 and PM. In 2010, they released approximately 5.2 Tg of NO x (20% of total emissions), 11.0 Tg of SO 2 (40%) and 0.96 Tg of PM 2.5 (8%) (estimated by MEIC v1.2). Of the industrial boilers in China, 85% are coal-fuelled.Get Price
Jan 01, 2015 · In this part of the study, the PDS content was 10% and the moisture content of the PDS was 40%, whereas the SA distribution was varied, as shown in Table 2. Furthermore, the profiles for the temperature, and CO and NO X emission (dry basis, 6% O 2) with different SA ratios in the boiler furnace are shown in Figs. 5 and 6, respectively.Get Price
